Alexander Taylor
Alexander TaylorSecretary
Alex Taylor, a United States Marine Corps veteran, discovered Latin dance as a powerful tool for managing PTSD after multiple overseas deployments. Dance became a therapeutic outlet that helped him reduce anxiety, reconnect with his body, and break through moments of dissociation. The rhythm of the music and the structure of the movement offered both emotional release and mental clarity. Beyond personal healing, Latin dance connected Alex with a vibrant, supportive community of fellow dancers and veterans. Today, he continues to share his passion, using dance not only as a coping mechanism but also as a bridge to fellowship and purpose.
